Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 0 to 3 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays.
Shipping Within Canada
We deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Remote and northern locations may require additional time.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside Canada, estimated delivery time is 15 to 25 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier performance. Customs inspections may cause delays. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with a valid tracking number. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent as soon as the order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address Changes and Delivery
Shipping addresses can be updated before dispatch; once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier or weather disruptions, peak seasons, and customs processing can extend delivery times.
PO Boxes and Rural Routes
Delivery to PO boxes and rural routes is available where supported by the carrier. If a selected service cannot deliver to the provided address, we will use the most suitable alternative service.
Split Shipments
To expedite delivery, items in the same order may ship separately with individual tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the parcel arrives damaged, contact customer support with your order number and tracking details. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, check with household members and neighbors and allow 2 business days for additional carrier scans; if still not found, contact us for assistance.
Return to Sender and Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, a reshipping fee may apply. Original delivery timelines will not apply to reshipments.
