Refund Policy

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging—and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact our customer support team. If your return is approved, you must send the item back using a trackable shipping method; signature on delivery may be required. We will provide detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If the product is not defective and the correct item was delivered, you are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply where permitted by law.

Damaged Items or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and make it right. In these cases, we cover the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive items (for example, cosmetics) once opened. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable, except to the extent required by applicable law. If you have questions about a specific item, contact our support team before purchasing.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your item once approved and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD); if you paid in another currency, your payment provider’s exchange rate and fees may apply. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact our customer support team.

Undeliverable or Return-to-Sender Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship (a reshipping fee may apply) or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Delivery estimates do not apply to reshipments.

Your Legal Rights (Canada)
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Consumers in Québec benefit from legal warranties under the Consumer Protection Act.
